NCAPRI goal is to help improve the lives of every member of our Community, while also fighting for justice, whether that includes, but not limited to, educating People on Labor and Unions, teaching and informing the community about Voting laws, or Educating our Community on the importance of voting. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for economically disadvantaged families by providing the necessary resources that improve their standard of living while also helping them become the leaders our community needs to move into the future.

        Through this education we have a chance to empower our Youth with true knowledge of how our system works and the checks and balances within that system. We shall also provide them with opportunities to reinforce this knowledge by going out into the Community and spreading this information through our Voting Registration Programs and also our Get Out To Vote Programs. This will provide them with the opportunity to continue to build skills and to network with members of our Community, creating a sense of Economic Mobility.
